Position Summary
The Senior Director of Digital Product Strategy & Development is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s digital product strategy. This role drives the development of innovative digital platforms and experiences that meet evolving customer needs, advance business objectives, and strengthen the company’s competitive position. Partnering closely with design, engineering, marketing, data, and business stakeholders, this leader translates strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and delivers transformative digital solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and platforms across the organization.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that align with customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring products are designed with scalability, usability, and performance in mind.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, data, and business leaders to align product development with organizational objectives.

• Establish and track product KPIs and success metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

• Mentor and develop product management talent, building a high-performing team with clear career pathways and strong execution capabilities.

• Influence senior leadership on digital strategy, investment priorities, and customer experience innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital product development and delivering impactful solutions.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.

• Deep understanding of customer experience, digital platforms, emerging technologies, and product lifecycle management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and developing diverse, high-performing teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
