Its unique culture gives true meaning to a “beyond banking” personality: to be a real entrepreneur, self-challenging, ever striving to excel and go that extra mile.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>We are looking for a DBA Engineer (local contract) to work within our business end user environment. </strong></p><p>Within BPCE-IT, the mission of the <strong>Infrastructure Data</strong> entity is to design, deploy and evolve the DATA infrastructures of the information systems to serve the business applications of BPCE-IT customers by guaranteeing safety, quality, performance, the uniqueness, coherence and sustainability of their exploitation. </p><p>As part of its growth, the <strong>Infrastructure Data</strong> entity is looking for experts (senior and intermediate) and engineers (junior) in the Databases area whose main activities are: </p><ul><li>Design, deploy and evolve Database IT DATA solutions for technical infrastructures (EXADATA, ZDLRA, …) and Transversal tools (SCRIPTS, API, EOM, OUD, MEM, …) </li><li>Ensure the continuity and reliability of the DATA infrastructures for all information systems of BPCE-IT customers, secure their systems by Patching or Upgrade or Migrate the Database in the appropriate supported version, always guaranteeing the service in compliance with the standards </li><li>Analyze and forecast necessary resource developments </li><li>Contribute to business projects and assist users in the use of available solutions. </li></ul><p><strong>Main tasks and responsabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Understand the remediation strategy and process to succeed in the SI improvement <br/>        o Develop skills on patching and migration topics. <br/>        o know how to deal with patching and migration subjects by oneself. <br/>  </li><li>Deploy the Company’s strategy at its department level and participate in the development of its business development plans <br/>        o Develop and evaluate employees' skills and culture of the automation. <br/>        o Support employees so that they are involved in their professional career.<br/>        o In response to questions: clarify, illustrate the possibilities for development and/or needs for skills development and/or direct the employee to the appropriate contacts <br/>  </li><li>Anticipate, define and implement changes in the organization of the activity within the company: <br/>        o Create the optimal conditions for defining and implementing changes: involve employees, communicate, support, train <br/>        o Propose methods for integrating changes in the activity of the service concerned to promote their consideration <br/>        o Participate to build the future organization of Patch Management and Migration Factory teams  <br/>  </li><li>Promote exchanges within his entity and within the company </li><li>Setup automated dashboarding to follow activity and share progresses</li></ul><p><strong>​​​​​​​</strong><strong>Studies and Controls:</strong> </p><ul><li>Monitor and control versions of existing databases and software packages selected by the company </li><li>Contribute to the development of technical solutions for the catalogue and architecture patterns of DBMS solutions</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Infrastructure Evolution Plan </li><li>Ensure and guarantee the integrity of the infrastructure bases of the existing databases by guaranteeing physical security (backup procedures, restoration, logging, start-up after incidents, etc.) and logic (confidentiality, access) </li><li>Adjust database settings for optimal use. </li><li>Ensure technological monitoring of the DBMS solutions and software packages selected by the company </li></ul><p><strong>Prototyping and qualification of technical solutions for internal company standards</strong> </p><ul><li>Validate solutions to make them the corporate standards  </li></ul><p><strong>Audit and Recommendations </strong> </p><ul><li>Participate to maintain and perform : </li><li>Architecture audits </li><li>Architecture performance studies and analysis  </li></ul><p><strong>Exploitation &amp; Support<
