As an Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibility is to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules for clients. Here's a breakdown of your job description:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to HCM controls, compliance, and risk management.
Solution Design: Design tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules to address client needs while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Controls modules based on the agreed-upon solution design, including defining security roles, access controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties rules.
Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Controls, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of implemented HCM control solutions. Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Required Skills
• Must have worked on at least 2-5 Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls implementation projects
• Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 4-6 yrs of Functional experience on three or more of the Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development, and testing.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Your skills and experience
• BS/BA or master’s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technology
• Experience in supporting business and technology transformation processes
