Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a qualified professional for our Service Delivery Coordinator. The person in this role monitors and guides the activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met. Our perfect candidate possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills, Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members, organization and time management skills, Communication skills, Ability to work in a team environment. Possess a good understanding of and experience with setting up of new environments and deploying dot-net based applications in the cloud. Collaborate with development and other support teams to resolve application problems, assist users with application-related issues and provide technical support. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery. Possess a good understanding and have experience working with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and their associated services. AWS or Azure Associate (System operations/Administration/Solution Architect) certificate preferred. Possess a good understanding and have experience working with ITIL Service Management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service request Management.

Your role in our mission

  • Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure in AWS and Azure, including environment setup and maintenance.
  • Deploy and support .NET-based applications in cloud environments.
  • Work closely with development and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance.
  • Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation to provide after-hours application support.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of support services or project or program experience while working with the technology industry required.
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems, including AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and associated services required.
  • AWS or Azure Associate certification (SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes required.
  • Experience deploying applications and setting up environments in cloud infrastructure required.
  • Experience with automation or DevOps tools is a plus.

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
    • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
