What would you do as a Regional Branch Manager

As the Regional Branch Manager at People Driven Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches as well as the Business Services department. Your leadership will ensure that we deliver outstanding member service while driving sales growth across the region. You will manage dedicated teams, fostering an environment of empathy and excellence, all while maintaining strict compliance with regulations. By implementing strategic initiatives, you will not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to a member-centric culture that positions us for continued success.

What we're looking for in a Regional Branch Manager

To excel as a Regional Branch Manager at PDCU, a robust set of skills is essential. Candidates should possess a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience within a financial institution, including at least three years in a management role. A strong understanding of credit union products and services-such as lending, deposit accounts, business services, and investment options-is critical. Additionally, a high level of analytical skills is necessary to navigate the complexities of operations while effectively responding to regulatory and competitive market changes. Comprehensive knowledge of operational functions, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, will enable you to listen actively, resolve issues, and gauge the needs of both team members and members alike.

Clear communication of policies and objectives to various stakeholders, alongside representing the credit union to external vendors, rounds out the skill set needed for success in this pivotal role.
