Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee day-to-day team operations, drive performance, and ensure team goals align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and will play a key role in motivating and guiding a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance and quality targets
Organize daily workflow, delegate tasks, and manage workload distribution
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
Resolve conflicts and handle employee concerns with professionalism
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Report team progress and key performance indicators to senior management
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Proficient in task management and reporting tools
High level of organization and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
