Shift Hours: 1:00pm – 9:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Your role:

 

• You will use an RF device on powered industrial equipment (Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, and Walkie Rider) to pick customer orders

• You will help pick, pack, and ship out various products on-time, in temperature and undamaged

• You will work in various climates (-20°C, 2° - 8°C, and 15° - 30°C) throughout the week during a shift (up to 10 hours at times)

• You will be asked to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

• You will learn fundamental Team Lead responsibilities and be capable of backfilling as necessary

• You will perform troubleshooting activities in SAP and Exacta systems to fix discrepant Orders

• You will work with a diverse group of people at various management levels

 

Your expertise:

• You have a good work ethic, coming to work every day and on-time

• You care about the quality of work that you do every day

• You are able to work overtime when needed

• You are able to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

• You have basic math and reading skills and basic computer operation skills

• You are able to receive, understand and accurately respond to questions and direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel

The base pay range for this position is:

$37,020 - $50,897

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
