Pizza Cook - Concessions

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.  

 

We are inviting you to apply for the Pizza Cook – Concessions position. In this role, you will be responsible for making specialty pizzas to order in our Café Mirage & Pizza Pub outlet. You will be responsible for rolling out pizza dough, stretching dough out to fit the screen, and topping according to guest desires. You will assist the team with day-to-day kitchen operations such as stock rotation, ensuring product quality, and kitchen sanitation standards. This is a Full-Time position that is hiring for different shifts. The shifts can range according to availability.  

 

We do require that you have a minimum of 1-2 year’s prior pizza shop/restaurant experience. We also require that you have a SERV Safe Food Handlers Certificate.  

 

• A Culinary Arts Degree/Certificate is preferred, however, not required. 

• Must be at least a minimum of 18 years of age or older to apply.
