ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented People Analytics Intern. This internship is located in Herndon, VA ; all work is onsite.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare presentations to communicate findings
• Assist with people analytics projects or initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Academic or professional experience withCandidate must be eligible for a security clearance; US Citizenship is required
• Current full-time student pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Psychology, or related field with a projected expected graduation date after December 2025
• Statistical analysis
• Academic or professional experience with complex datasets
• Proficiency with R or Python
• Ability to work on-site FT in Herndon
