Field Service Manager - Industrial Equipment

<ul><li>Plan and coordinate field service activities</li><li>Optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation</li><li>Prepare technical interventions and inspections</li><li>Support technicians with expertise and on-site visits</li><li>Build strong relationships with existing customers</li><li>Develop service contracts and identify upselling opportunities</li><li>Lead and motivate a small technician team</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal and group processes</li></ul> <ul><li>Degree in electro-mechanics, electricity, or equivalent</li><li>10+ years in technical service</li><li>Strong electrical and industrial knowledge</li><li>Experience in coordination or team leadership (small team)</li><li>Fluent Dutch &amp; French, good English</li><li>Hands-on, structured, customer-driven mindset</li><li>Comfortable with digital tools and service data</li></ul>
