MDK, an innovative law firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join our firm. This is a dynamic opportunity for a driven legal professional to make a meaningful impact, while working on cases in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities of an Attorney at MDK:
- Manage and litigate a volume caseload of default servicing matters involving bankruptcy actions.
- Draft and argue motions necessary to the successful completion of both routine, and contested, bankruptcy matters.
- Appear as necessary in bankruptcy court across Ohio.
- Assist and provide leadership to a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
- Engage with clients and learn to provide outstanding client experience.

Qualifications
Qualified Candidates Are:
- Actively licensed in Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
- Actively licensed in Kentucky or Pennsylvania strongly preferred.
- Three or more years’ experience in bankruptcy law.
- Experience with foreclosure, land and auto title matters is a plus.
- Excellent communicators. Verbal and written.
- Able to travel if needed throughout Ohio.
- Flexible & adaptable. MDK team members are open to ideas and creativity.
- Eager to learn new skills to advance their knowledge, growth, and welcome challenges.
- Those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Remaining engaged is key to being successful.

Schedule & Benefits:
Our team works Monday through Friday, general business hours. After a successful orientation period, we offer a hybrid schedule, which allows our employees flexibility to work from home and in the office. MDK provides a comprehensive benefit package, which includes:
