Through our strategy of Advancing Our Core and Pioneering More and our values of Care, Integrity, Collaboration, and Ownership, we are sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.</p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; MAIN TASKS</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Provide the Project Manager and his/her leads as part of the PMT with Contract Management Support.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead the formation, negotiation and execution of Enabling Agreement and Work Order terms for Project Work.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead, coordinate and present in conjunction with the Project Manager, Enabling Agreement proposals and then upon gate review approval, oversee Work Order execution.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Provide PMT with breakdown of the Enabling Agreement &amp; Work Order contracting terms.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Assess changes, claims and delays under the Enabling Agreement and Work Order terms.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Assist the Project Manager and PMT if work executed through intercompany agreements.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Support Commercial managers and Project Manager in preparation of strategies and plans to overcome commercial / contractual exposures.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Liaise with Insurance for event coverage, under CAR, P&amp;I, H&amp;M, WC, PL and IP policies.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Assist supply chain professionals with the preparation of standard forms of contracting for subcontracting for services and supply of goods and materials; and</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Assist with any supply chain, exposures, claims and delays; and when to manage issues up (in conjunction with PMT) to the Client.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain accurate records for all correspondence, Change Orders, Commercial Exposures and Claims, Amendments and Invoicing and keep PMT regularly updated.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Coordinate PMT and Subject Matter Expert input for Change Order Proposals / Change Orders, Letters and Amendments.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Chair internal/external contractual meetings and keep accurate records of discussions and decisions.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Provide any and all input into weekly and monthly reporting, both internal and external.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Identify Risk and Opportunities in conjunction with PMT, register, monitor and report using Risk Platform DANTE.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>JOB REQUIREMENTS</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><b><em><span><span><span>Specific skills / expertise / product:  </span></span></span></em></b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Contract Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>5 - 10 years’ experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Offshore industry,
