Black Diamond Equipment is looking to hire a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to work 15-25 hours per week at our New Seattle Flagship Store in Seattle, WA. Essential Duties:

1. Assist customers with the appropriate information, advice, and service.
2. Accurate entry of merchandise, payments, and customer details in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Resolve issues involving customer relations and satisfaction.
4. Maintain store’s clean, organized appearance.
5. Restocking and managing back stock including lifting boxes of gear.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma

Work Experience:

• Required: Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Black Diamond Equipment gear and apparel is a plus.

Skills and general experience:

• Excellent customer relation skills, knowledge of POS systems, typing, merchandising, product knowledge, self-motivated.
