JOB SUMMARY Field Services Logistics Coordinator will be a dynamic, cross-functioning team member who will take ownership of a focused warehousing and logistics role to support LiveOak’s Field Services operations. This role is key to our success in the market, and we are seeking the very best to staff this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Position is challenged with the daily inventory management of all tools, parts and materials pertaining to installation and repair.
- Commitments include inventory control, shipping, handling, receiving, and delivery of materials, as well as inventory database management.
- Operates shipping, receiving, and stocking of all inventory materials needed for the ongoing operation.
- Oversees testing of reclaimed customer equipment.
- Maintains accurate records and database of inventory materials received, warehoused, and dispersed.
- Notifies field service management when stock minimums are reached.
- Projects advance inventory requirements in conjunction with field service management.
- Maintains sufficient inventory levels to meet demand while maintaining efficient inventory levels and highest possible inventory turns.
- Disperses tools and equipment to field service technicians and maintains employee buffer records.
- Performs quarterly and annual counts of inventory items.
- Delivers materials to other Warehouse centers across the markets.
- Maintains open and professional communication with all staff, including management, independent contractors, technical staff, and administrative personnel.
- Performs other duties as assigned by field service management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum one-year certificate from college or technical school, 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of telecommunications warehouse experience
- Experience in a startup
