Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced clinical setting?
Logan Health is seeking a skilled RN to join our team in Polson. This position will primarily work at our Primary Care - multispecialty Clinic, while also floating weekly to assist the Polson Specialty Care Clinic and Polson Ambulatory Surgery Center. What You’ll Be Doing:
Rooming patients and conducting clinical assessments
Performing phlebotomy and lab procedures
Administering infusions and assisting with stress echos (training provided)
Conducting nurse visits, including injections, blood pressure checks, and vaccinations
Managing pre-authorizations, phone triage, and medication refills
Assisting walk-in patients as needed
Supporting a high-volume patient environment while prioritizing and multitasking effectively
Weekly assistance working at our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with procedures.
Float to provide care at the Polson Specialty Care Clinic
What You’ll Bring:
Strong nursing background with experience in acute care, surgery/OR, or outpatient surgery is preferred.
Strong nursing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to the needs of different clinic settings

Qualifications:
Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN preferred.
Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR, and/or BLS certification required and/or as dictated by each practice/service line.
Knowledge of equipment, supplies, and instruments used in a medical office, simple routine clinical laboratory methods, universal blood and body fluid precautions.
Must have knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, established protocol for storing poisons, narcotics, acids, caustics, and flammable items; restriction imposed by various manage care carriers, various forms inherent to profession.
Understanding of the confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.

Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
