MBP is seeking a Senior Cx Agent/Engineer to join our team and provide commissioning expertise on large-scale and complex higher education projects. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical skills and leadership experience while supporting client initiatives.
If you have five to ten years of experience in the design, analysis, or commissioning of commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and are looking to focus on projects of significance, we want to hear from you. This role offers a rewarding long-term career with the option to grow into future leadership roles.

You will work closely with owners, architects, contractors, and our internal commissioning teams to execute project-specific Cx activities in alignment with industry best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Proposal Development: Assist the service line in the development of scope and fee proposals, apply creative writing skills to enhance marketing proposals to be customized to the project pursuit.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values technical problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment where their expertise directly contributes to project success.
