Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

• Responsible for Vendor, Customer, Fixed Assets,  Material Master Data Management & Chart of Accounts: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all vendors/customers/fixed assets/material/ GL accounts;
• Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, other information) required for controls and audits
• Provide reporting-related work on Master data and ad-hoc reports extracted from the system in line with Service Level Agreement
• Ensure that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used
• Collaborate with other cross function departments to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
• Support the Team Leader to continuously improve services and data integrity
• Create and maintain the internal procedures, ensuring process documentation;

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is a plus
• Previous experience in Master Data/Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable/ Record to Report is a plus
• Good analytic skills and attention to details
• Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively, open-minded and proactive attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential matters
