Position Overview:We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to manage and oversee project backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, experience managing diverse project backlogs, and excellent organizational skills to help maintain project clarity and momentum across teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple project backlogs, ensuring prioritization, alignment, and timely progression of projects
• Take in project requests from various departments, assessing their impact on current backlogs and timelines
• Ensure that all teams are fully informed about backlog status, priorities, and the scope of current and incoming projects
• Handle a continuous flow of requests, balancing new demands with existing backlogged work and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Manage regular PM ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure smooth team operations
• Maintain operational workflow and communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Data Governance initiatives, including defining, maintaining, and effectively communicating metrics definitions to ensure consistency and clarity across organizational reporting and analytics

Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on technical projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking project status
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience running sprints and overseeing Agile workflows
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
