We are seeking candidates for our open Senior Licensing Coordinator position in our Austin, TX location (HYBRID)

What can you expect?

Insurance Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the company’s insurance solutions. They provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers and provide support to clients by responding to insurance transaction queries. A recognized operational support specialist, a Senior Insurance Operations Coordinator has the experience and knowledge needed to tackle difficult issues and coach less experienced colleagues.

We will Count on you to:

• Drives timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).

• Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen new and established relationships.

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serves as point of contact regarding any potential problems.

• Adheres to Company policies and performance standards and recommend improvements.

• Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.

What you Need to Have:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Critical thinking skills and willingness to learn.
