Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service and gain rapport with every customer. 
• Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
• Inspect HVAC systems, including filters, coils, condensate drains, belts, and electrical connections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC systems and malfunctions.
• Address customer concerns and explain maintenance procedures and system functionality. 
• Identify and repair minor issues such as leaks, faulty components, or electrical problems.
• Replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including date, time, findings, and parts replaced.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HVAC experienced preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and eager to learn and grow.
