Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage key partnerships across Como ecosystem
- Define and execute partners strategy to maximize the relationship and economic opportunities for both partners and Como
- Managing strategic partners to successfully refer clients
- Push marketing efforts to drive new leads via co-marketing campaigns with existing partners (webinars, events, email, content sharing, 1:1 lead-sharing calls, etc)
- Implement ongoing engagement and training to partner’s team
- Help the Sales team with opportunities involving our partners
- Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and strategize best approach for Como
- Have a deep foundational knowledge of Como product and service
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of the F&B and Retail industries, and loyalty solutions is a plus
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset
- Go-getter with a record of achieving high satisfaction levels from partners/clients and hitting targets
- Self-motivated, creative, and having a passion for creating relationships and partnerships
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Success or Partnership role at a B2B SaaS company
