THE ROLE
You will be the functional administrator for Oracle’s Enterprise Data Management Cloud module responsible for all financial master data / chart of accounts elements that is maintained within the system and be the subject matter expert on all chart of accounts elements.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
You will partner with Corporate Planning and Accounting to define how the data in EDMCS should be structured and governed from a global perspective
You will engage across the businesses including different divisions and international markets to determine any updates to financial master data/chartS of accounts elements
You will be the central point of contact for all divisions and markets on any financial master data questions
You will manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial master data elements
You will monitor compliance with any master data governance structures
You can quickly understand and align with our approach to master data classification, including how we’ve structured key data elements, and can effectively support and build upon our efforts
You will act as the bridge between business data owners and IT system admins — ensuring data is created, approved, and delivered in time
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience
Comfortable working in an IT system such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, etc.
Prior Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience in Finance / Accounting a plus
Background or project experience with master data management
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple divisions and international markets
Strong stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to evolve with changes in the role
