We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst in Bloomington or Marshall, MN. In this dynamic role you will optimize and support our end-to-end supply chain systems and data integrations. This role will focus on improving business processes, managing system integrations, and delivering actionable insights through tools like SAP, Blue Yonder (JDA), Power BI, and Power Query. You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations to drive business insights, enhance system performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and improve supply chain processes; design and implement tailored system solutions. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead enhancements to SAP and Blue Yonder platforms. 

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query. 

• Support demand planning, inventory, logistics, and procurement through system configuration and data analysis. 

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data integrity. 

• Act as the liaison between the Integrated Business Planning team and IT. 

• Lead or support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and training. 

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. 

• Ensure ongoing system performance through parameter maintenance. 

• Generate KPI reports and lead cost/benefit and process improvement initiatives. 

• Maintain master data and support audit/compliance needs. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3+ years experience with supply chain process development and reporting 

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields. 

• Experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) preferred, particularly in planning and/or execution modules. 

• Data analysis and reporting skills using tools like WEBI/Power BI/Microsoft Fabric/etc. required 

• Experience with project management and delivering on-time, on-budget results. 

• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization. 

• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. S/4 HANA a plus! 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
