Duties & Responsibilities
Type of Role: Individual contributor, entry level
Area of Responsibility and Purview: Support resource for operations associates in Private Wealth Management
Role Specific Job Duties:
• Execute on unique asset management responsibilities as assigned
• Support resource to other unique asset administrators on team, providing leverage to execute on tasks and responsibilities
Function Specific Job Duties:
• When assigned tasks and work on client accounts, work collaboratively with senior associates and other functions to drive to resolution
• Ensure internal clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations
• Leverage Private Wealth technologies and 3rd party vendors to process work and deliver on responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
MINIMUM:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background
PREFERRED:
• Applicable experience within Financial Services MINIMUM:

• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Job Skills:
• General knowledge of real estate/property management/asset valuation
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software
• Proficiency in Workday, Peoplesoft, Archer, Skillport and Hyperion
• Smart, intellectual, and business savvy

Compensation Range:
Minimum: $44,790.00 - Maximum: $103,820.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
