JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the company’s global Information Technology organization, setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan for technology initiatives across the enterprise. This leader will ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, support business growth, and maintain the highest levels of data security and compliance in alignment with healthcare industry regulations and client expectations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s global IT strategy in alignment with business goals, growth initiatives, and operational needs.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT organization across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data management.
Security & Compliance: Ensure the company meets and exceeds standards for SOC 1, SOC 2, and HiTRUST certifications. Oversee security audits, compliance testing, and remediation activities.
Risk Management: Develop, test, and maintain enterprise-wide disaster recovery and incident response plans to quickly respond to potential security breaches or disruptions.
Technology Operations: Oversee all enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability to support a global workforce.
Innovation & Transformation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance client service, automation, analytics, and overall efficiency in revenue cycle operations.
Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with hardware, software, and service providers to optimize cost, quality, and performance.
Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, operations, compliance, and client services to ensure technology strategies support overall company objectives.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources without compromising quality or security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 7 years in an executive or senior IT leadership role.
Proven experience leading large, distributed IT teams in a fast-paced, global organization.
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry compliance, data privacy, and security requirements including HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2, and HiTRUST frameworks.
Demonstrated success in preparing for and responding to security breaches or incidents.
Experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud computing, application development, and data analytics solutions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
