Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.</p> <p><br/>Inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Operations – Senior Process Associate – Czech – Hybrid Bucharest</p> <p>In this role you will provide consistent and professional support to associates, across EMEA region, enquiries, and requests through case management tools.</p> <p>Responsibilities<br/>1.    Handle HR inquiries via email, HR cases and phone/chat in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support.<br/>2.    Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based)<br/>3.    Preparing necessary documents for employees<br/>4.    Review/Audit HRO transactions (action &amp; reasons) to provide expert opinion on whether the transaction follows policies &amp; process<br/>5.    Work closely with Operations Team to provide feedback on quality<br/>6.    Conduct Quality meetings with the team to analyze errors. Drive accountability with team leads and their teams to meet quality performance goals and ensure program standards are met on a week-over-week basis<br/>7.    Ensure, self-expertise of the subject matter (process updates, policies, Quality Team’s Standard Operating Procedure)<br/>8.    Indulge in nurturing new hires &amp; tenured bottom performers, via additional audits &amp; actions to provide the hyper care required to improve quality performance<br/>9.    Contribute towards the process of ‘define, update, innovate’ the quality frameworks to meet client expectations and raising the bar, continuously on Quality. Actively re-review decision accuracy audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with quality process<br/>10.    Implementation and effective usage of different Quality Check Tools, best practices, and procedures<br/>11.    Contribute towards overall process improvement ideas, insights, and projects to enhance process’s key performance indicators &amp; value adds<br/>12.    Accountable for performance standards for the assigned set of analysts Quality Performance benchmarks &amp; continuous improvement in a weekly/monthly manner<br/>13.    Responsible to partner &amp; contribute on classroom training delivery with respective team leader or training specialists. Also engage in refresher training as per training need identifications &amp; action plans for continuous improvement<br/>14.    Assures HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies)<br/>15.    Establish and/or update process documentation (standard operating procedures, process maps, template creation)<br/>16.    Constantly strive for process improvements by identifying process gaps and participating in improvements initiatives within own area of responsibility and by sharing across team <br/>17.    Ensure services delivered are in accordance with established Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI) <br/>18.    Complete mandatory trainings and assignments in timely manner<br/>19.    To perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead as and when required.</p> <p><br/>Qualifications we seek in you!<br/>Minimum Qualifications / Skills<br/>1.    Analytical and problem-solving skills. <br/>2.    Bachelor / Master´s degree.<br/>3.    Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook. <br/>4.    Proficient Czech(C1)<br/>5.    Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.<br/>6.    Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications/ Skills<br/>1.    You have experience in working in the HR / Administration Team<br/>2.    Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset<br/>3.    Previous experience working in Shared Services </p> <p>What can we offer?</p> <p>Attractive salary.<br/>Stable job offers - employment contract.<br/>Work in a multicultural environment.<br/>Various trainings (initiating, soft skills).<br/>Possibility of development;<br/>Benefits (Meal Tickets, Medical Services, Insurance, add
