We develop sustainable mobility that is fun.</p><p>We are seeking an exceptional Senior Embedded Software Engineer with a focus on toolchain development and optimization to join our dynamic team. With over 40 stakeholders, our toolchain is essential for the development of components that integrate with the Bosch eBike "Smart System," the current market leader in the eBike sphere. As part of an international team spread across various locations, you will be in direct contact with team members and stakeholders, collaborating to drive innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your expertise while making a significant impact on our cutting-edge product offerings.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and manage internal software for early prototyping, R&amp;D, and end-to-end industrialization solutions. This includes embedded test software, scripts, and specialized software for certification and other essential steps in the process.</li><li>Lead the design, development, and optimization of our embedded software toolchain to improve efficiency and productivity within the team, focusing on early prototyping, R&amp;D, and mass production software.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to develop embedded software, GUI, and CLI solutions for our products, including components for the Bosch eBike "Smart System."</li><li>Implement modern toolchain and artifacts management tools and processes.</li><li>Ensure proper version control and software documentation, utilizing tools such as Git and GitHub.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to software development processes, toolchains, and pipelines.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers on the team.</li><li>Maintain and optimize Linux environments, ensuring seamless integration with the development process.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Model: </strong></p><p>This position offers a hybrid working model, combining both on-site and remote work as per company policy and project requirements. Join our team and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment that values your expertise and growth. </p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Extensive experience in C/C++ embedded software development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of toolchain development and optimization, including ARM GNU tools and CMake.</li><li>Proficient in scripting languages such as Python.</li><li>Solid understanding of Linux systems and their integration in the development process.</li><li>Low-level hardware knowledge.
