Responsibilities

1. Lead RCM service delivery for portfolio of customers, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of billing services for Adonis clients
1. Oversee BPO and offshore teams, providing guidance on daily tasks and performance management against defined SLAs; additionally, directly oversee 5-7 onshore team members
2. Build, maintain, and improve relationships with current customers to ensure client satisfaction with their RCM services.
3. Develop innovative ways to enhance service delivery, prioritizing strong customer outcomes and operational efficiency
4. Identify customer trends and support your team in expanding Adonis products and services within each account
5. Plan, implement, evaluate, and administer all RCM strategies and processes, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable collections, and reporting
6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and HIPAA privacy/security regulations as well as the terms of customer contracts
2. Provide strategic advisory by leveraging your RCM expertise to support customer outcomes, your peers, our product team, and the broader company
1. Assist your team in analyzing client billing performance and offer internal/external recommendations to keep clients on track to meet their goals
2. Advise customers and peer billing managers on RCM best practices
3. Collaborate with our product team on user feedback and enhancements to our proprietary billing platform
4. Monitor and communicate changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates

Qualifications

1. Recognized for your ability to scale operations and ensure best-in-class results
2. A self-starter with a background in revenue cycle management; additional experience in project management or process/operations is preferred
3. Executive presence with comfort in interfacing directly with senior client stakeholders
4. Strong communication skills, including project management and group facilitation
5. Passionate about problem-solving with a creative approach to achieving best-in-class outcomes
6. Comfortable wearing many hats and doing whatever it takes to get the job done
7. Proven experience in portfolio project management with a track record of driving process improvements to execution
8. Enjoy working cross-functionally, learning about the entire product suite, and partnering with colleagues to improve both customer experience and operational efficiency
9. A leader who is dedicated to providing support and growth opportunities to direct and indirect reports
