Host/Hostess - Brew Brothers (Part-Time)

JOB SUMMARY:  

The Host/Hostess is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Host/Hostess is also responsible for delivery of customer service to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive. 
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.  
• Responsible for providing superior guest service including seating and greeting the guest. 
• Routine manual labor includes clearing tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and simple operation of basic equipment.  
• Takes and serves to-go orders as needed.  
• Completes all company-required training within the designated time periods. 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or GED Required.  
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
