Responsibilities

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external physicians, supervisors, and leadership to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered through assessment, planning and implementation. When you join our NICU and PEDS team, you will join a dedicated team of professionals providing high-level care for critically ill or injured infants, children and adolescents up to age 21. In leading your direct reports, you will do integral work within the community by initiating, intervening and evaluating quality of care for our smallest patient population.

Qualifications

Education• Graduate of approved nursing program required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
