Your day-to-day as a Counter Server/ Cashier with us:

• Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B items to either guests or employees.
• Continually operate cash register or cash bank and accept payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change.
• Be responsive to guest’s questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation.  Continually up-sell F&B products offered.
• Always ensure that assigned area is kept orderly and continually clean and sanitize counter in designated areas, as well as assisting in the dining area as needed.

 

To be successful as a Counter Server/ Cashier, you'll need:

• To possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
• To Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• To demonstrate the ability to complete multiple tasks at once.
