ELS is hiring for the position of Maintenance in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

What you’ll do: 

Come put your skills to the test with our Tranquil Timbers Campground maintenance team. Breath in the fresh air, feel the reward of accomplishing daily tasks, build your resume, learn new skills, work with other departments if they need help, and go home smelling like a campfire. We want team members who treat our campground as if it were their own. You keep everything here running smoothly for our guests. You work as a team participant along with the Property Manager to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.

Your job will include:

Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.

Attend staff meetings.

Communicate regularly and professionally with management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.

Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.

Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.

Mow, weed, and edge common areas and vacant lot grounds.

You will be required to move heavy objects

Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

Skills & experience you need:

Previous maintenance or landscaping experience a plus

Organizational skills and attention to details

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and run small equipment

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Willing and able to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
