Job Description:

Are you someone who enjoys solving puzzles, spotting inconsistencies, and making sure everything adds up? Crowe is seeking a Credit Solutions Operations Consultant to support our client reporting process through accurate financial data verification, document entry, and routine troubleshooting. You don’t need to be an accountant, but a comfort with numbers and structured thinking is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a daily list of assigned client files to process through Crowe’s internal Portfolio Analyzer system.
  • Validate and reconcile financial documents, ensuring balance sheet and income statement data align as expected.
  • Use Crowe's internal tools to identify discrepancies, balance figures, and correct or escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain high accuracy in data entry, especially during high-volume mid-month cycles.
  • Apply basic troubleshooting skills to resolve common data flow or validation issues—training provided.
  • Provide professional client support over email and phone as needed to clarify missing or mismatched information.

What Success Looks Like

  • You approach your daily client list methodically and take pride in getting files cleared correctly and on time.
  • You understand when to keep troubleshooting and when to escalate an issue appropriately.
  • You ask smart questions during training, apply what you learn quickly, and grow more independent over time.
  • You contribute to a calm, organized team environment, especially during mid-month busy periods.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and follow structured processes
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Comfort with basic math and working with numbers

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to basic accounting or ability to read financial statements
  • Experience working with data entry, reconciliations, or tech-enabled workflows
  • Familiarity with Excel, PDF tools, or business software platforms

Why Join Crowe?

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values clear communication, thoughtful work, and continuous improvement. With training built into the workflow and reasonable timelines for problem-solving, this is a great steppingstone for anyone looking to grow in operational finance, data processing, or client services.
