A dynamic, proactive and hands-on professional, that brings functional expertise to help on implementing critical people management processes in new subsidiaries and set the roots for bringing to life there our unique corporate culture.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in the definition and implementation of the annual People &amp; Culture plan for Kings League, for the present and the future!</li> <li>Collaborate in the design and implementation of new people processes and tools, to support employees’ life cycle.</li> <li>Identify local market conditions and regulatory requirements for new territories, in close collaboration with local advisors, to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.</li> <li>Implement hiring and payroll process in new countries, to ensure local relevance as well as global consistency.</li> <li>Provide guidance and support to new managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.</li> <li>Transfer the operation to the local HR Manager, ensuring smooth transition.</li> </ul> <p></p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><p>Passionate about the sport and entertainment industry, you are eager to work across different activities and events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented multifunctional team. An enthusiastic and proactive professional, who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and external partners, and has a desire to learn and grow with us.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.</li> <li>You have demonstrated 6-8 years’ experience in the Human Resources function, across different areas as recruitment, talent development, employee relations and payroll, among others.
