Senior Analyst, Marketing – Lunchables
The Senior Analyst administers tactical programs or projects of the Lunchables portfolio, assists in the development of overall marketing/brand build plans and programs.
Key Components of the role
Contribute to development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan for Ready to Drink category
Work with Comms to execute tactical marketing communications programs and/or promotional brand activities
Administer advertising and promotional budgets
Analyze business performance, identify actions needed, and administer action plan on key metrics to drive demand for the portfolio (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance)
Administer driver-based business forecast modelling
Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities and execute retail programming
Coordinate consumer insights and brand promotions
Administer program execution and advancement of near-in commercialization
Ensure efficient supply chain management
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1 to 2 years of experience (prior experience in marketing preferred)
Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
