Sr. Financial Analyst

- Support the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A, and the Vice President, Finance & Treasurer, on annual planning, forecasting, variance analysis and chargeback calculation for the Resource Units.
- Become a point of contact within FP&A for Resource Unit (RU) Leaders to go to for budgeting, forecasting, accruals and month end closing activities.
- Participate in quarterly forecasts according to corporate deadlines for RU functions, provide bridges, presentations, and analysis as requested. Additionally, assist in identifying cost savings and provide support to achieve cost objectives.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis for RU leaders to review, including, but not limited to, tracking actual vs. plan, actual vs. forecast, and other ad hoc analyses requested by executive leadership.
Primary contact for the annual chargeback processes e.g., review cost drivers for accuracy, document methodologies and allocation schemes, communicate to businesses, liaison with Tax for tax and legal requirements, collaborate with Shared Services on charge out and billing, work with function owners to adjust/modify charge back models and processes as needed.
Other activities will involve analysis of overhead comparisons, project accounting and project reviews, benchmarking and metrics, maintaining statistical information, and preparing ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Corporate RU functions and integration with the Business Units.
- Engage in regular communication with Corporate RU leaders and participation in RU Lead Team meetings. Additional periodic presentations with executive leadership.
- Ensure proper accounting standards are followed when preparing journal entries, such as account codes, departments, CECSEs, and intercompany codes as needed.
- Assist and support other team members as per instruction of the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A.

- This role will include working with Corporate and Shared Services contacts in other geographical regions.
You have: (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution.
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship in not available for this position.
Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
- Oracle EBS, and/ or EPM experience a plus.
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, business unit or corporate finance roles.
- Experience in a corporate headquarters setting.
