The Marketing Content Manager will be overseeing content creation for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and fostering strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership to other members of the marketing team to ensure smooth project execution and impactful storytelling across channels. Lead the strategy and execution of team member communication and engagement initiatives. The Content Manager will also collaborate with HR and community teams, launch and manage our team member ambassador program. Primary Focus Areas:
• Provide input to the marketing team on content strategy for day-to-day marketing projects, including advertising campaigns, social media, event promotions, and promotional videos.
• Create content and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to increase engagement among all stakeholders, including prospective and current team members, prospective and current residents, family members, etc.
• Drive content and promotional initiatives with social media allies in the communities and ensure brand standards are met. Provide guidance and education to any team member representing the brand on social media.
• Create strategies and tools for soliciting positive online reviews to boost our brand’s online reputation. Lead community teams in maintaining high (4+ star) ratings on all key online review sites.
• Drive strategy and initiatives for all team member communication, including engaging with current team members on existing channels and creating new content that will support our team member engagement and recruitment efforts.
• Work with marketing and HR team members to facilitate ongoing communication and engagement surveys. Development benchmarks to measure the success of our initiatives.
• Manage our team member ambassador/influencer program alongside the Director of Talent Density. Visit communities and capture team member growth stories and general fun team member content for social media, our careers page, and other channels to promote jobs and workplace culture.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the company’s voice and represent it in all professional interactions.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships; act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies as needed.
Essential Functions:
• Model the Touchmark Values in decision-making and interactions with team members, residents, and guests.
• Works with the department and adheres to the Touchmark Gold Standards.
• Ability to be present and available during regular business hours to support internal customers.
• Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to complete required paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
• Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, moving equipment, and performing other related tasks.
• Must be able to cover the expanse of the office as necessary.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement service improvements.
• Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Excellent written communication skills, including knowledge of syntax, editing, proofreading, and various writing styles.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Experience interviewing subjects and producing both written and digital content. Video editing experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage and execute strategic projects, as identified by the Director of Marketing or Touchmark senior management. Present findings to senior-level executives as necessary.
• Ability to maintain a cooperative and helpful demeanor and attitude while working with multiple interruptions and competing priorities.
• Excellent time-management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks
• Ability to gather and summarize data for ROI marketing reports.
