In collaboration with the Education Coordinator and other appropriate DCMC leaders, the Clinical Educator/RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating an organized program for staff education directed toward the achievement of professional excellence. The Clinical Educator/RN assists the Education Coordinator in the development and instruction of clinical skills and competencies to support positive patient outcomes. Will serve as the primary contact person for nursing staff education including competency verification.
Minimum Education Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN/BS required; MS/MSN preferred.
Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required: At least 3 years in a clinical setting preferred, experience in education preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin; CPR.
Shift: Working 24 hours a week.
