2025 Customer Development Summer Intern (Undergraduate)
Our Undergraduate Summer Interns will join Kenvue for a 10-week internship program to develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience. The program offers learning & development, culture, and mentorship opportunities for each participant.
This position reports into Commercial Early Talent Manager.

Role reports to: Commercial Early Talent Manager
Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.
Pay: Anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $20.00/hr, Junior $21.25/hr, Senior $22.50/hr, will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline and degree/experience
What You Will Do
The 2025 Customer Development Summer Internship Program is a ten-week intensive experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.
