We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Account Supervisor to lead and inspire our VML Health teams. If you have a passion for healthcare marketing, a proven track record of executional excellence, and a desire to mentor and develop junior talent, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day management of client business, ensuring executional excellence across all projects.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and proactive communication.
  • Mentor and develop junior account team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Oversee project execution, from planning and development to final delivery.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and coordinate services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including scientific, editorial, and creative, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in brand planning and strategy sessions, contributing to the overall success of client accounts.
  • Stay informed about therapeutic markets and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for clients.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, developing presentation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Champion breakthrough creative and innovative program development.
  • Ensure high-quality agency output, providing constructive feedback and guidance to the account team.
  • Mentor junior staff on evaluating and providing feedback on creative work.
  • Identify and recommend new talent and technologies to support creative needs.
  • Manage account financials, ensuring accurate time tracking and budget management.

  • Able to exercise sound judgment, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Possessing a strong professional work ethic and a commitment to client success.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (advertising, marketing, or science major preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in a medical communications agency, with a focus on medical education program execution.
