Job Description
Department Communications & Event Management: Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent messaging across the marketing department. Plan and manage department events, including town halls, workshops, and team-building activities, to foster engagement and alignment.
Process Improvement: Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement process improvements that drive better integration, collaboration, and coordination within the marketing department. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Training & Onboarding: Design and manage comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new and existing marketing team members. Ensure that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles.
Systems & Tools Identification: Evaluate and recommend systems, tools, and technologies that support operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g. knowledgebase, PMO tools, etc.). Lead the implementation and adoption of these tools within the marketing department.
Collaboration & Integration: Facilitate strong collaboration and integration across various marketing functions, ensuring that all teams are working together effectively to meet department goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership to align enablement strategies with overall business objectives. Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other business units to ensure alignment and coordination.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing enablement, continuously seeking ways to enhance the department’s capabilities and performance.

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350-$218,860

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations, enablement, or a related field, with a strong background in process improvement and organizational development.
- At least 5 years experience in leadership
- Strong Process Improvement Background / Experience
- Proven experience in leading internal communications, event management, and training initiatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, systems, and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stays current with cutting edge marketing tools, technology and approaches
