Job Description

ISN is actively recruiting a skilled professional to support our agency missions as an Analyst II/Unit Team Lead. This role involves managing the work and daily supervision of Analyst I contractors while providing high-level advice, assistance, guidance, management, and research and technical support. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Functional Responsibilities

• Manage project activities, both administrative and programmatic.
• Provide technical guidance in the completion of Name Checks to contract RAs.
• Monitor metric and quality performance of contract RAs.
• Ensure policies set forth in the various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
• Make recommendations via the Contract Officer Representative (COR) for process improvements.
• Provide monthly status reports to the COR and Contracting Officer (CO).
• Collect, analyze, and present data from structured research and evaluation activities.
• Perform high-level analytical tasks, including analyzing complex problems and providing recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor Analyst I contractors.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of experience in applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience providing products and services similar related to CJIS and TW 2.0
• Demonstrated skills in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives.
• Military experience is acceptable.
• U.S. citizenship and current Top Secret security clearance.
