Role and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Driving Sales
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Resolving customer issues
• Merchandising
• Building product knowledge
• Moving and unloading furniture
• Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store

Working Conditions

• Lift 50 70 lbs. comfortably
• Spend entire shift on feet

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Flexible hours, available nights and weekends
• Saturday availability is required.
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to interact with team members
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multi-tasking skills
• Self starter
• Knowledge and use of basic tools
• Well organized

Preferred Skills

• Warehouse and/or furniture experience
• Minor carpentry
• Lift truck experience
