As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work on the cutting edge of cloud & AI technology as you scope and lead complex technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iterate and scale. Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to solve business problems through full stack software solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality software across the stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Work with architects and product managers to translate system architecture and product requirements into well-implemented software components.
- Take ownership of individual software components with a focus on quality, maintainability, and test-driven development.
- Participate in design and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning from peers.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain full stack solutions that improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Apply software engineering best practices to ensure high standards across all deliverables.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and development practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, including full stack development.
- 3+ years of experience building scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience contributing to system design and architecture discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively within a team.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience including 2+ years working with big data systems, analytics platforms, containerized microservices, serverless functions, and event-driven architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience designing and implementing full stack systems using AWS technologies.
- Experience working directly with end users or customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Familiarity with testing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization across the stack.
- Experience supporting production deployments and maintaining system reliability.
- Understanding of deployment models including public cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
- Ability to document and communicate software designs and development plans.
- Experience working within Agile development processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
