Starting Compensation-$23 - 27 per Hour Depending on Experience

Assembly Lead Compensation - $28-35 per Hour + Benefits and Profit Sharing Bonus’s

Key Responsibilities

• Unboxing and assembly of commercial vehicle equipment according to drawings/instructions
• Quality checking components after assembly
• Use of power tools, hand tools and equipment
• Moving assembled products to work areas/cells
• Assisting installation and warehouse co-workers
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Managing assembly assistant(s)
• Training an assembly assistant
• Vetting new hires for installation – new installation hires spend 2 – 3 months in assembly getting an understanding of the business, and the assembly lead is a key part of ensuring only the most qualified candidates make it to installation.
• Keeping a pulse on installation timelines, and adjusting assembly schedule as needed to make sure installation has balanced flow from assembly.
• Ensuring all parts, components, and equipment is moved to the bay for the installer

Requirements

• Successful training period in assembly department and installation assistant
• Ability to read work orders (in English) and drawings
• Ability to lift up to 85lbs repeatedly
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
• High attention to detail
• Integrity, accountable and dependable
