Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office THE ROLE New Guards Group is looking for an HR Manager, Retail to be a business partner for the NGG retail network, for our DOS and Outlets, located across Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, UK, and US. You will report to the NGG Senior HR Manager, Corporate and Retail, and will be the main point of contact for Store Managers and all retail employees. You will work closely with the Retail Management teams and support in the growth and success of the retail network, as well as maintain the day-to-day business activities. WHAT YOU’LL DO·      Lead the retail hiring process from screening applications, conducting interviews to employment offers for existing and new store openings·      Manage the whole sourcing and recruitment process for Store Managers, while giving them support in the recruitment process for the other staff members·      Ensure all recruitment needs are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and in line with the HR budget for each Store/Legal Entity/Country·      Analyze business trends and integrate talent management initiatives to impact business performance·      Provide timely HR service and advice on best practices and guidance on the interpretation and practical applications of HR policies, procedures, and legislation·      Act as an HR Business Partner, providing expert support and advice to business on all employee lifecycle elements and best practices·      Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and excellent level of service is always provided·      Ensure consistency in the execution of all HR policies and practices·      Manage one junior resource directly WHO YOU ARE·      Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, with a focus on HR Management and Labor Law·      6+ years’ experience in international Luxury Retail HR·      Strong understanding of the Luxury Fashion industry with proven experience aligning HR objectives to retail business goals·      Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint·      In-depth knowledge of local and international employment practices·      Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure·      Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders·      Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken·      Good knowledge of French will be considered as a plus REWARDS & BENEFITS·    Great compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience)·    Lunch tickets·    Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and Browns·    Be part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalities·   Brand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan  EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT·    New Guards Group is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
