Senior Director of Information Technology

Position Summary 
The Senior Director of Information Technology (IT) will serve as a strategic leader responsible for aligning Fello’s technology vision with its organizational goals through collaboration and innovation. The Senior Director of IT will be responsible for driving implementation of best practices for optimizing performance, improving infrastructure, and managing operational costs. The Senior Director of IT is both visionary and hands-on, requiring the development of strong stakeholder relationships with executive leaders and division/department heads, optimization of IT processes, and leading transformative initiatives that improve IT efficiency, security, and scalability. The Senior Director of IT is a member of the Expanded Executive Leadership Team and Leadership Council. 

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading IT departments at the director level, with expertise in paid media systems, data analytics, and infrastructure optimization. They are skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and security. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across IT teams. The candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships at all organizational levels, and is motivated by delivering data-driven solutions that support Fello’s mission. 

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, with at least five years of experience leading an IT department and a proven track record of IT operations at the director level. An advanced degree and/or IT certification(s) is a plus. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and other enterprise software and demonstrate experience in digital transformation, innovation, and operational improvement.
