About the role

Description

  • Lead the overall planning and execution of large, multi-year facilities programs. 
  • Formulate, guide, and direct the technical approach for various projects. 
  • Define necessary resources in collaboration with federal agency personnel. 
  • Establish and manage technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. 
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. 
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. 
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited college/university. 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in planning and managing large, multi-year facilities programs. 
  • Proven experience in formulating, guiding, and directing technical approaches. 
  • Strong ability to define necessary resources and establish technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Supervisory experience is preferred. 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
