Product Manager, Hub Operations

DroneUp is seeking a Product Manager, HubOps who will own one of our product lines and be responsible for working closely with a cross functional team of stakeholders, end-users, engineers, UX designers, and product leaders to understand the problems to solve, inform the product vision, and define requirements. The Product Manager will gain a deep understanding of the customer experience and identify and fill product gaps by generating solutions that improve the experience and help increase market share for DroneUp.

DroneUp is committed to being the leader in last-mile autonomous services. To achieve this goal, we are building a ‘Logistics’ platform that allows our facilities and partners to manage and deliver their autonomous activities. The HubOps platform is built around the business processes that drive autonomous last-mile services. It provides end-to-end logistics support from daily operations through to strategic planning and management for each DroneUp Hub. The team ensures that all Hubs can work in a safe and scalable format. We also provide Hubs with processes to manage all activities up to the Drone Taking Off.

Requirements

• Gain a deep understanding of the HubOps user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve the customer experience, and drive growth
• Understand and anticipate new product requirements based on business and client needs
• Translate business strategy into product strategy
• Work with the extended team to develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap
• Align internal and external stakeholders around product vision, roadmap, and critical product development milestones
• Write well structured stories that clearly communicate requirements and expected outcomes
• Engage the engineering teams to execute the strategy and bring products to market on time
• Support the engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle by providing feedback, clarification, and input
• Provide product and market insights to stakeholders
• Provide product marketing with clear input to define differentiators and messages
• Actively support all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Communication with additional business areas as needed
• Travel up to 30% domestic and/or international

Salary:

$120,000 - $140,000
