Treatment Coordinator – Gentle Dental Northpointe / Seattle Area
$1,500 Signing Bonus!
Full-Time | $24–$29 per hour DOE | 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based out of our Gentle Dental Northpointe office in Lynnwood and will travel to surrounding Gentle Dental offices throughout the Seattle area.

About the Role
Our Treatment Coordinators play an important role in both the patient experience and the success of our practices. You will guide patients from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance, helping them understand their recommended care and the financial options available to them.
You'll partner closely with doctors, clinical teams, and office leadership to provide patients with a seamless, supportive experience from their first conversation about treatment through completion of care.
What You'll Do
- Present recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and available financial and payment options with patients
- Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions about their care
- Build trust and strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and follow-through
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps
- Partner with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance and scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation
- Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations in the Seattle area to support our practices and patients
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs with patients is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to discuss financial information confidently, clearly, and compassionately
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable working with computers and practice management systems; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel to surrounding Seattle-area Gentle Dental offices
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- A patient-first, solutions-oriented approach
Compensation
$24–$29 per hour, depending on experience
Plus a $1,500 Signing Bonus!
